Starting to plan your trip to Las Vegas?

Las Vegas' Winning Pair - Siena and Arroyo Golf ClubsStill need a hotel? Even more important, do you still need tee times? Well, look no further than Las Vegas’ winning pair of Siena and Arroyo Golf Clubs. Both Siena Golf Club and Arroyo Golf Club are conveniently lcated just ten miles west of the famous Las Vegas Strip in the quiet district of Summerlin. Even though the two courses are located just three miles from each other, they each offer every golfer a unique Las Vegas golfing experience. Check out the course websites: www.sienagolfclub.com and www.thearroyogolfclub.com, and you’ll have the power to plan your entire Las Vegas vacation at your fingertips!

The Arroyo Course, Red Rock Country Club’s Arnold Palmer Signature course, is open to public play and is located in the master-planned community of Summerlin. The Arroyo golf course ribbons seamlessly through the rugged terrain and is nestled between the spectacular landscapes of Red Rock Canyon, one of Las Vegas' most revered natural landmarks.

Panoramic views of the Las Vegas cityscape are stunning from the Arroyo's seventh hole. Stretching 6,883 yards and playing to a par-72, the Arroyo is a rare mix of compelling design and exceptional beauty. Bold bunkering, dramatic water hazards and the stark contrast of emerald greens against the tanned desert mountain, make the Arroyo as visually striking as it is challenging.

The Arroyo Golf Club at Red Rock features a beautiful clubhouse dedicated solely to the daily fee player with a fullservice golf shop, men’s and women’s locker rooms as well as a bar and grill and terrace dining. The expansive patio features excellent views of the Red Rock Canyon and the city below.

Surrounded by the towering Spring Mountains, Siena Golf Club features gently rolling fairways and artful bunkering–plus dazzling views of the Las Vegas skyline. Designed by master architects Brian Curley and Lee Schmidt and sister to The Arroyo Golf Club and Red Rock Country Club, Siena is renowned throughout the Las Vegas Valley for its natural beauty and unprecedented serenity. At Siena, the variety in the routing and pacing of holes will keep all levels of golfers entertained from opening tee shot to final tap-in. Siena features an ideal blend of doglegs and straightaway holes, a mix of slender and ample fairways, a balance between benign and rugged green complexes. Yet without exception, the course offers a host of shot-making options and plenty of grassy bail-out areas when the occasional shot gets away.

The 13,500-square-foot Siena Golf Club features a full-service golf shop, locker rooms, multi-tiered practice facility and The Siena Bistro with a patio dining room overlooking Lake Siena. The Siena Bistro, a 2,500 sq. ft. Italian-themed restaurant and bar features a private patio with fireplace and a casual patio that provides beautiful panoramic views of the golf course, Lake Siena and the Las Vegas Strip.

Why Siena and Arroyo?

Siena and Arroyo are both high end daily fee courses located in the heart of the master planned community of Summerlin. Open to the public every day of the year (except Christmas Day). If you are in need of a facility to hold group or company golf outings (13 to 144 players), a luncheon, or even a wedding, then Siena and Arroyo are great facilities to begin your search.

Siena and Arroyo also offer Clark County residents the immensely popular Player Card Program. The Player Card allows its holders to play both courses for better rates than normal local rates. It also allows its users to make tee times 14 days in advance online, and 10 days in advance via telephone. In appreciation to all of the Player Card holders, Siena and Arroyo host a complimentary card holder tournament complete with a luncheon and loads of prizes. More information on the Player Card Program can be found on the course websites: www.thearroyogolfclub.com or www.sienagolfclub.com.

Siena and Arroyo Golf Clubs also offer:

• Two day packages rates that help you save when you book multiple days
• Stay and play packages, where you can book your hotel and golf online
• Player Improvement Progams (for locals)
• The Siena Golf Academy to get you started or improve your game
• Easy online booking of tee times up to sixty days in advance!

What’s new at Siena and Arroyo

Siena and Arroyo are the only two courses in Las Vegas that offer the ChariteeTM hole-in-one golf system. This system allows every golfer a chance to win $10,000, or a one-year lease on a BMW 3-series if they make a hole-in-one on the par-3 seventh hole at either course. The program was first introduced to Las Vegas at Siena in February, and has been so popular that the program was expanded to the Arroyo Golf Club in October 2007.

Whether it is an individual golfer, or a full-field tournament event, all players have the option of taking their shot at the money. Even if you don’t make the hole-in-one, the system will give any player who hits their shot within two feet of the pin a $100 gift certificate to the golf shop at the course. The ticket also comes with discounts to the golf shops, drink specials or other special promotions. At $5 per person, it costs less then a hand of blackjack, but the payout is way better!

Even if you don’t win, somebody does, hence the name ChariteeTM. A portion of the proceeds are donated to The Children’s Miracle Network of Southern Nevada. Seven holes-in-ones have been made on the designated hole since the program started, but only one of those players actually purchased a ChariteeTM hole-in-one ticket. The clubhouse advises, buy into the contest, because you won’t miss the $5 if you miss the shot, but you will miss the $10,000 if you make it.

Siena and Arroyo not only provide great golf and gorgeous views, but, in keeping with the entire Las Vegas style, offer as much entertainment and fun as any experience you’ll have in the Vegas valley.

For more information, or to book tee times at either course, visit their Web sites, www.thearroyogolfclub.com or www.sienagolfclub.com or call Arroyo, at (702) 258-2300 or toll free at (866) 934-GOLF. Siena’s numbers are (702) 341-9200 or (888) 689-6469 toll free.

Siena Golf Club and Arroyo Golf Club, the winning pair (maybe even aces up?) in Las Vegas.
