There are two important aspects in creating efficient distance. Controlling the clubface is number one. The second is proper forearm rotation.

The OB Sports National Team Championship presented by GPS Industries will be held on Friday, Nov. 13 through Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009 in Greater Las Vegas. The first round of the two-round competition will be played at Aliante Golf Club in North Las Vegas on Saturday, Nov. 14th, and the second round will be played at The Legacy Golf Club in Henderson the following day.
An opening welcome reception on Friday will be hosted by Angel Park Golf Club, in Las Vegas.

The partners responsible for putting on the annual golf industry show have announced that the event will be held in Las Vegas in 2012.
The dates of the show will be Wednesday, Feb. 29, and Thursday, March 1, while presenting partners the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) Education Conference and the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) Education Conference will be conducted February 27-28 and March 2.

Adidas Launches New Shoe at Shriners’ Vegas Tour Stop
adidas Golf is launching a new shoe with two technologies that are going to be only available in adidas Golf through 2011. This new shoe, the TOUR 360 4.0 will be officially launched at the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open from Oct. 11- 18, 2009.
The event which is held at the TPC Summerlin, is expecting a solid field including. Celebrity sightings are promised with the Wednesday Championship Pro-Am and the always entertaining Evening with Justin Timberlake & Friends slated for Saturday at the Mandalay Bay.

The Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open will be played at the TPC Summerlin from Oct. 11- 18, 2009. This year marks the second year for Timberlake and the Shriners to sponsor the event and the 27th consecutive year that the Tour has made a stop in the “Entertainment Capital of the World."
A stellar field has committed to participate including six golfers in the World’s Top 50: Kenny Perry, Jim Furyk, Hunter Mahan, Nick Watney, Brian Gay and Rory Sabbatini. Furyk is a three-time winner in Las Vegas.

RENO, Nev. – As a continuation of its Clubs for Armed Forces program, The Legends at Sparks Marina Reno-Tahoe Open, together with foundation sponsor EMPLOYERS, a Reno-based company providing workers' compensation insurance and services to select small businesses sent off golf clubs and tee prize packets for the armed forces who are currently serving abroad in the war zones Iraq and Afghanistan.
Tournament officials, EMPLOYERS and Golf Headquarters loaded up 20 sets of clubs, prizes and golf balls to be delivered in anticipation of an upcoming golf tournament taking place at the end of September at Camp Bucca, 25 miles into Iraq from the Kuwait border. The bags contain clubs for Armed Forces t-shirts, LRTO golf shirts, a LRTO hat, golf gloves, golf shoes and golf mats to hit balls from.
